Returns Policy

Returns

We will accept returns for all un-personalised items notified to us by email within 14 days of receipt. The items should be unused, unworn and in the original packaging and must be returned using the Royal Mail 'Signed For' service otherwise any claims may be rejected. Please note: you are responsible for the cost of the return postage, however, we will refund the original post and packaging cost that was charged when you originally placed your order.


Please note: Items that have been personalised with registration numbers/names, or have been manufactured to a customers special requirement (with or without a registration number/name), so that it is not part of our standard product range cannot be returned. Therefore, please do ensure you actually do want the item, that you order the correct size for any clothing items, and importantly, that any personalisation detail is correct in both layout and spelling. If the item you receive is faulty, then we will of course offer a replacement first before a refund.



All UK and Overseas customers must get in contact with us by email before returning any item.
